At TooTimid.com, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and certain accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
